- How do I book a service with your company?
Reservations are easy to make, just click on the reservations page, complete the associated form and click on SEND.
- Once I have sent the reservation, how will it be confirmed?
You will receive an email with the reservation confirmation. It will show that the service is booked. We encourage you to print it out and bring it with you or show the confirmation email on your cell phone to your driver. That copy acts as your voucher.
- Once a service is already booked, how can I cancel it?
To cancel a previously booked service, just send us an email. Cancellation is free of charge when you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If the cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g., cancellation of your flight, train or ship docking) there will be no charge, however, we still ask that you kindly inform us as soon as possible.
- What happens if I arrive late?
In the reservation confirmation, we will provide a scheduled time of service. If your flight, train or ship is delayed, your driver will wait for you and the length of the tour will not change, except in the case of previously scheduled plane, train or ship departures you may need to make. If your delay exceeds 2 hours, an additional 30% will be added to the total cost of transfer services only. No late fee will be added for tours.
- Do your drivers speak English or Spanish?
You can easily request a driver who speaks English or Spanish.
- Are you available at any time?
Our services are geared to you, our customers, so we operate 24/7. For services provided from 8 pm to 6 am, however, a 20% surcharge will be added to the total price.
- How far in advance should I book a service?
As soon as possible is always best but we will do our best to take care of you, even at the last minute.
- Are your vehicles all maintained, legally licensed and registered?
Our vehicles are inspected every six months and all have the special license required to provide the services we offer.
- Will the driver expect a tip from me?
Tipping in Italy is not mandatory but is an indication of your appreciation and will enhance the work of the driver. We estimate that an appropriate tip would be the equivalent of 15-20% of the cost of the service.
- How can I pay?
You can choose the payment method you prefer. Cash paid to the driver at the end of the service or by credit/debit card in advance through our website.
