2. Once you have sent the reservation confirmation as will happen?
You will receive an email with the booking confirmation. It will show that the service is booked. We encourage you to print it out and bring it with you during the service. That copy will be your voucher.
To delete a service already booked just send an email. Cancellation is free of any penalty if notified at least 48 hours before the service. If the cancellation is due to force majeure (for example cancellation of flight, train or docking of the ship) there will be no penalty. In this case however, please inform us as soon as possible.
3. Once a service is booked how do I delete it?
In the reservation service is agreed a reference time of the service. In the case of delay on the part of flights, trains and docking ship you will still find your driver waiting for and the duration of the tour will not change unless time limits objective as the departure of a plane, train or ship. In Italy the tip is not mandatory but indicates the appreciation of the service and enhances the work of the driver.
Therefore we calculate an appropriate tip the equivalent of 15-20% of the cost of the service.
